Fitness competitions (figure, fitness, bikini, men and women’s physique and bodybuilding) involve developing the right amount of size, shape, symmetry, proportion, and level of leanness necessary. During the consultation we will evaluate your physique, including measuring body fat, photos and other biometric measurements. We determine the amount of time you will need to safely and effectively prepare for competition as well as help you choose which competition and division will best suit your physique. We will evaluate your current training and nutrition. You’ll learn how to not only look your best but to be your best. If you desire to take your fitness pursuits to the next level then you owe it to yourself to do it the right way.
Initial Assessment- evaluate your physique with respect to judging criteria and the ideal look for each division
Program Design- Develop a training and nutrition program based on your individual strengths, weakness, overall structure, and current diet habits.
Effective Program Implementation- Initial program and consult plus all the adjustments to your diet, training, and cardio regime to progress you to the best conditioning potential.
Aesthetics- Ensuring looking and doing your best via stage presence, suit selection, posing, judging trends

- Identifying areas in need of improvement
- Easy to understand drills, skills
- Coordination and unique posing sequences
- Federation specific poses
- Learn transitions, choreography, stage walks and presentation requirements
